1. Lesson Duration and Scheduling: Lessons are typically scheduled once a week, with each lesson lasting for either 30, 60 or 90 minutes. The specific time and duration of each lesson will be agreed upon by the teacher and the student.

2. Attendance and Cancellation: Students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons. If a student is unable to attend a lesson, they should notify the teacher at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the lesson being forfeited without the opportunity for a makeup lesson. In the event that the teacher needs to cancel a lesson, they will provide the student with at least 24 hours' notice and offer a makeup lesson or credit for the missed lesson.

3. Payment: Lessons must be paid for in advance of the scheduled lesson time. Payment can be made online or in-person with cash, check, or credit card. A student who fails to pay for lessons on time may be asked to suspend lessons until payment is received. No refunds will be issued for lessons that have already been paid for.

4. Practice: Consistent practice is key to making progress in music lessons. Students are expected to practice regularly between lessons and come to each lesson prepared with the necessary materials, such as an instrument, music books, and any assignments given by the teacher.

5. Communication: Students and parents are encouraged to communicate regularly with the teacher regarding any concerns, questions, or updates on progress. The teacher will provide regular feedback on the student's progress and make recommendations for improvement.

6. Code of Conduct: Students are expected to behave respectfully towards their teacher and other students in the studio. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
